[UPI News] – GAZA, June 29 (UPI) — A Palestinian official said Saturday it’s not likely Israel will start another war on the Gaza Strip, but that Israel may be involved in conflicts elsewhere.Salah Bardawil, a senior official with Hamas, the majority Palestinian political party, told Palestine’s Ma’an news agency Israel would likely get involved elsewhere in the Middle East after it “obtained a green light from the [United States].”Bardawil said the United States and Israel are looking for a way to show off Israel‘s military power, which it would not be able to do through a war on the Gaza Strip.
